How Long Will it Take To Get my package?

Every piece of jewelry is carefully handmade by the designer, please allow 5-7 days of creation before your order is shipped out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped. Domestic delivery time is 5-10 days. International takes 3-6 weeks depends on countries and regions. We offer express shipping on orders as well for a faster delivery.

What material are the jewelries made of?

14k Gold filled: “Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 5% pure gold by weight. It's a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler's metal resulting in a durable, quality real gold product.

***If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. Can I return my jewelry? 

TamTak Jewelry offers 14 days return policy. If 14 days after have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

How much does shipping cost? 

All orders are $50 and up will qualify for FREE shipping. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase as jewelry is handmade! A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. During the pandemic, delivery time may be longer than expected.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, Yes, Yes! We currently ship over 200 countries & regions. $9.95 flat rate for all country.

How can I track my Package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for re-postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email contact@tamtakjewelry.com with any questions or concerns.

What if my package is lost?

TamTak Jewelry is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
